Not so smart: Writing your name on comment card before you dine-n-dash

Man apparently steals hats, jackets and some scotch tape from Burger King
Chad Rummel, 26, of Bismarck, ND tried to have it his way when he robbed a local Burger King of a Burger King ball cap, three Burger King jackets and a 12-pack of invisible tape. Police found Chad hanging out in the Burger King parking lot wearing some of the stolen gear. He was charged with Class C felony burglary. Oh... he was on probation from another case involving possession of stolen property and could be resentenced if he's found guilty of the Burger King heist. Hope it was worth it! [Bismarck Tribune]
