Kathleen Cherry, 53, a phlebotomist, trained to draw blood for lab tests, working for the state of Nevada, showed up at a jail to test someones blood alcohol content... the deputy on duty noticed that she smelled like a distillery, so he gave her a breathalyser. She blew a .08 and failed a field sobriety test. Kathy said she only had one (apparently really really strong) margarita. Kathy was booked on a misdemeanor drunken driving charge. Good thing she was already at the jail... saved a car ride. [9News]
