Man buys apartment and finds previous owner hanging in the kitchen

A guy in Korea bought a one room flat at auction in July, but failed to notice the dead body hanging from a pipe in the kitchen when he checked the place out later that month and again in August.  Actually, he did notice it, but thought it was a mannequin.  Turns out, it was the previous owner who hanged himself about 11 months earlier.  No one seemed to notice that he was gone and there was no oder as the kitchen was well ventilated.  [Korea Times]
